Tom's Breeders cup selections

It's that magical time of the year again. Even though I'm a national hunt owner with Supreme racing, this is my favourite race meeting of the year. Love all the hype that surrounds the two days racing with champions from many countries take each other on. This years entries are special with the first triple crown winner in 37 years, American Pharoah taking on dual classic winner Gleneagles ( hopefully doesn't have a George Washington moment) in the main event. The reigning Arc winner Golden Horn( weather ain't do him any favours at the moment) lining up to take on the best America have in the Breeders cup turf. Legatissimo ,1,000 guineas winner takes on a top field of winners in the Fillies & Mares Turf. There's a host of top juvenile races on both dirt and turf.

Here are my selections for the two great days racing. Prices for fridays races are from paddypowers, Saturdays are top prices available on oddscheckers.

Hopefully there are no hard luck stories and all the horses come home healthy . There will be plenty of tears if American Pharoah does the business int he Classic and signs off in style before retiring to a better life than we all live. Good luck and thanks for taking the time to check out my picks.
